Destinatian Honey Red – 5.1% ABV
Made with local Oregon honey, this beer has contrasting flavors of dark roasts and sweet bee sugar, infused together to bring you a well blended red ale. It’s all buzz and no sting!
Makeshift Organic Golden Ale – 5.3% ABV
An easy drinking ale that has a light, smooth finish brought on by the balance of a slight hop presence that pairs well with the malt flavors. We used organic Palisades in conjunction with a plentiful addition of organic honey in order to provide the overall flavor profile a little extra depth.
Autumn Chocolate Amber Ale – 5.3% ABV
A dark Amber made playing off our Honey Red Ale. We replaced the honey with actual chocolate creating a style which is richer in body & in taste.
Old Grogham Winter IPA – 8.5% ABV IBU 86
Palisade hops were added throughout the boil and dry hop schedule, along with high alpha American hops for bittering, Noble hops for aroma and a few other varieties in-between to balance the heavy malt profile. Rum soaked Oregon oak spires added during the final stages of fermentation bring flavor notes of caramel and vanilla to complement the bitterness.
Everyday IPA – 7.3% ABV
This IPA has a sweet floral aroma and enough hops to leave you with a bitter aftertaste. The premise for this beer is an IPA that one can drink more than a pint of without overpowering your tastebuds with the bittering powers typically known for in traditional Northwest IPAs. A well balanced IPA that has the best of both worlds – drinkability & a hoppy profile.
CuDA Cascadian Dark Ale – 7.4%

Organic Hint O’Mint Ale – 5.8% ABV
This light and refreshing ale has a hint of spearmint, a unique addition which partners with a mild accompaniment of hops to balance out the 5.8% ABV. The organic spearmint and honey used in Guayaki Yerba Mate “Enlighten Mint” are being presented in our Hint O’Mint Golden Ale. Our friends at Guayaki have helped us procure the ingredients necessary to maintain an almost total organic recipe.
High Gravity Pale Ale – 8.0% ABV
Smooth and clean with a mild malt character up front and just a hint of bitterness to round out the aftertaste. Leaves the pallet wondering where the 8% ABV was hiding.
Alton Organic Fresh Hop Pale Ale – 6.5% ABV 24 IBU
The organic Cascade hops are the true highlight in this all organic Pale Ale. The malt profile was kept simple to emphasize the flavors of the fresh hops, delivering a clean “green” hop profile.
Everyday IPA – 7.3% ABV
